fast drying, milky white liquid latex coating applied to rusted metal to stop rust, protect and act as a primer for a finish coat
It is satisfactory for exterior exposure without a topcoat in mild environments
A maximum of two coats is recommended and allow seven to fourteen days for drying and curing
