Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here is how returns work at Konnect Fastening Systems.
Change of mind returns
- Return within 30 days of delivery or collection.
- Goods must be unused, in a resaleable condition and in full original packs.
- Please quote your invoice or order number.
- The customer pays return freight. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days. We will cover return freight and offer a replacement or full refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Items we can't accept for change of mind return
- Products cut to length, including threaded rod and studbar
- Special orders, indent and non-stock items
- Made-to-order items, including petrochemical studbolts
- Opened adhesives, sealants and chemicals
- Clearance stock
How to return
- Contact your local Konnect branch or call 1300 KONNECT to request a return number.
- Drop the goods at any Konnect branch, or send them by freight with the return number clearly marked.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund the original payment method or credit your trade account within 10 business days.
