Description
A Sutton Tools D504 step drill that cuts holes from 6mm to 36mm in 11 fixed steps. It is made from M2 high speed steel with a spiral flute for reduced vibration and better control through the steps. Each step deburrs the hole cut by the previous one, and the drill cuts sheet metal, aluminium, plastic and fibreglass without pre-drilling. The three-flat shank fits a 3-jaw chuck.
